Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Gets An Update In 2019


As smartphone giant Samsung prepares to release its S10 series today, they are also updating the previous smartphones. Samsung have removed its Android Pie update for Galaxy Note 8 and is now updating the flagship in the year 2015. This new update for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a security patch.

The 4-year-old smartphone got the security patch this January and more of this are expected for other smartphones. However this update is only available in UAE for now. Users of Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 will have to go to the settings menu and proceed to the update section which is for software updates to update the smartphones.

This update solves some critical vulnerability from the Android Security bulletin. It solves the high risk vulnerabilities present in the software of the company. This update will improve the user experience. Samsung have not said when this update will get to India and other parts of the world.
